Dilwale (translation: The Big Hearted) is a 2015 Indian romantic action comedy film directed by Rohit Shetty, and produced by Gauri Khan and Rohit Shetty under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment and Rohit Shetty Productions respectively.
The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan, and Kriti Sanon in lead roles, with Johnny Lever and Varun Sharma in supporting roles.
Dilwale has grossed over ₹372 crore (US$55 million) worldwide, becoming the second highest-grossing film starring Shah Rukh Khan after Chennai Express, also directed by Shetty. Dilwale is the highest-grossing film starring Shah Rukh Khan in overseas markets. The song "Gerua" performed well in the charts.However, Khan expressed disappointment with the box office collections and the film's performance, especially in India, as did Kajol, who stated that she regretted doing the film.
